Introducing Interim Manager Pulse 2023
What is the status of Interim Managers in Europe? What are their recent successes, challenges, insights, and wishes for the future? Interim Manager Pulse is an annual survey, intentionally designed to dig into these questions.
Started in 2018 by our partner, Ferovalo, Interim Manager Pulse is a way to check in with Interim Managers and reflect on their feedback as part of a wider conversation about interim management and its role in the world today.

Who is the survey for?
Interim Manager Pulse 2023 is for all freelancing Interim Managers in Europe, including interim CMOs, CFOs, CLOs, and other relevant roles.
You do not have to be a Best Best Talent Platform member to take the survey, so it can be shared widely with friends and colleagues throughout the continent. The survey is also anonymous, so respondents cannot be connected to their answers.
What kind of questions can I expect?
Like past surveys, Interim Manager Pulse 2023 will contain questions regarding how Interim Managers find their assignments, the length of assignments, and the average amount invoiced in a year. In addition, the survey will ask questions about your current or latest assignment and have a section dedicated to artificial intelligence and interim management.
Completing the survey takes about 10 minutes or less and it can be filled out on a desktop computer or mobile device.
Where will the results be published?
The survey will be open for submissions until the 1st of December, 2023. A summary of the results will be published publicly at the beginning of 2024.
At the end of the survey, respondents will have the option to request their own copy of the summary by giving their email address. For those who do not request a copy straight to their inbox, the results will be shared via social media, through BBTP’s member newsletter, at BBTP's January Member Meeting, and made readily available on our website and the platform itself.
